Smart Corner
Smart Corner was developed around a trolley line and new station which bisects a full city block adjacent to City College. A midrise office tower is also part of the project, with retail at the base of both buildings. 301 studios, one and two bedroom condos range in size from 446 to 1,517 square feet. The building was completed in 2008. |
