Greetings all:
It seems like only yesterday we were discussing the beginning of summer and now we are approaching the end of the summer days.
As you are all aware the economic news remains mixed. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke speaking last week at the Federal Reserve’s Annual Symposium appeared to dismiss the deflation scenario. Bernanke stated it wasn’t much of a risk as the Feds have the tools to combat deflation. He went on to say that he does not see a double dip recession but continued growth, albeit at a slower pace.
Perhaps that is the solution for all of us – a deep breathe and a slower pace.
