Downtown San Diego continues to grow and flourish. With a myriad of redevelopment projects and programs on the agenda, Downtown San Diego has a promising future which will benefit all.  Several long-term redevelopment projectins have a potential of generating as much as $8.2 billion in addtional property taxes over the next 30 years. This is of course, assuming the State of California does not capture our redevelopment funds.

CCDC, the Centre City Development Corporation, "is the non-profit corporation created by the City of San Diego to staff and implement Downtown redevelopment projects and programs."
