Hello all:

 

Just a friendly reminder to all of our tenants that your February 2013 rents are due.  You can mail or drop off your rent checks to our office at:

 

Centre City Properties
220 West G Street, Suite C
San Diego, California 92101

 

Please note that after hours your rent checks can be dropped off through the MAIL SLOT just to the left of our Suite A door.  Please note that the commercial plaza closes at 8pm so please drop it off before then.

 

Would you like an Rent Due Reminder email sent to you each month?  Simply email "RENT REMINDER" to stephanie@centrecityproperties.com and we will send you an email each month just before your rent is due.

Greetings all

 

As we finalize and analyze all our real estate numbers for the January 2013 market update, we can’t help but smile. With inventory low and listing prices slowly but steadily on the rise we can begin to feel the dark cloud over the Downtown San Diego real estate market slowly disappearing above us.

 

In 2012 there were over 900 properties that sold in the 92101 zipcode, closing at an average sales price of just over $470,000. In just one month, 2013 has already proven a good start. This year-to-date the average sales price is just over $480,000. We also see that the average cost per square foot has risen to it’s best rate since 2009.

 

To find an Overview of Activity in the Downtown San Diego Real Estate Market simply visit our Reports page. Simply visit
www.centrecityproperties.com/reports and view those reports under the Monthly Downtown San Diego Overviews section. You can also use your smart phone to scan the QR code above to get the reports directly to your phone. The January 2013 overview reflects the number of available homes for sale, those in escrow and those that have sold this year-to-date in the Downtown San Diego area.

 

In the coming months we will continue to share an Overview of Activity for the Downtown San Diego Real Estate Market in this new format. You can utilize the QR Codes to view the details on your smart phone or other mobile device from anywhere!

 

2013 brings some additional changes. Our office is now in Suite C. Same location, different suite. We are now located at 220 West G Street, Suite C, San Diego, California 92101. That is just one door over from our old office.
